I saw in the “Bug Tracker” system the acknowledgement of a e-mail reminder feature. Do you know when that is going to be integrated into the plugin? I need one that will blast an email to multiple addresses

BUG REPORT:
when events calendar is active, when editing a post, the javascript that toggles add category and other links when editing a post does not work, it is only when this plugin is activated this problem occurs, hope this helps, rock on.

HI,
love the calendar,, everytime i activate it and it is on my page.. the calendar works fine but.. all my photo are gone.. there is just no more photos..There gone.. if i take the calendar away, the photos are there again.. I have the latest wp.. its driving me crazy.. i can findout why ALL the photos are missing.. My page is a music magazine and well i need the photos.. PLEASE HELP…

Jessica, try Rodries’ version. We’re running WP 2.9.2 with it, and the mini calendar widget shows dates with events in red. If I recall correctly, that also was the case with the “regular” 6.6 beta, but sadly that has a slew of issues (most notoriously the “loading image” issue, substituting all images) that are at least fixed in Rodries’ improved version.

I guess I don’t understand your product and what you are trying to accomplish with this calendar, but why not just use google calendar, it is accessible by whoever you choose it to be, it is linkable to your website it you want, and it can be used for private or public events. If the wheel is turning why try and create an new wheel?

Re: version 6.6 of the EVENTS CALENDAR: I’m sorry, but I wish I hadn’t upgraded. Here’s why (an excerpt from an email from the web guy who’s helping with my website):

The new version of the calendar plug in appears to function a bit differently to how it used to. The default view now is not of a calendar but a list of the upcoming events. (The calendar view looked much better). However, now when it’s switched it back to calendar view, the date is no longer marked in red when an event is on (so no one would know).

Would you be able to change these things back to how they were, or should I revert to the old version??

Hi guys,

I’m from South Africa and I have a problem with the “$description” variable, most of my users format their events by using the carriage return key to insert a new line into their events. The problem is, when the event is displayed in the frontpage, the description inserts “\r\n” instead of new lines as intended. Can you please help me fix the formatting here

Hey, just trying to put up a simple events calendar. I’m running WP hosted by Network Solutions so I imagine it’s a pretty recent version. I installed your plug-in and everything seems to be working except that when I click on “Add Event” in the admin screen nothing happens. Help.

We are using your plugin for multiple clients. We are having trouble with IE 8. In the admin section, everything below the calendar is not showing. We are using 6.6-beta. I’ve tried deactivating other plugins thinking that other plugins were affecting this but still didn’t work. We are also using WordPress version 2.8.4. Thanks,
